I have a Satoh tractor with a Mitsubishi KE140 engine. I am struggling to find information on the engine itself. Things like recommended oil type, oil filter type, anything else relevant such as maybe an exploded parts diagram or even better a workshop manual. Anyone any ideas?

It’s a 1980s Mitsubishi D3850(could be a 3250 with a swapped hood, it has the 3250 engine). I’ve tried lots of combinations with the levers on the right hand side but I don’t know what any of them do (on the right side) except the 4 wheel drive selector down by my feet. I can’t get the 3pt to raise or lower. Any help with that and the function of the levers/pedal would be greatly appreciated!

So my son inherited his dad’s tractor. He’s sadly passed away so he cannot teach him anything about it. He’s trying to learn as much as he can, online, on his own. I’m hoping some of you pro’s might be able to help on a couple of questions. 1. We aren’t sure what kind of transmission fluid to use. It’s a diesel powered manual transmission. 2. His dad had put in a Fram PH3593A oil filter but he’s wondering if he can put in a different brand that would be better and if so how do we go about finding out this info? 3. Should the front differential take standard open gear oil? What about the rear as it has an engage-able lock? Hope this makes sense. 4. Last question for now… there’s a “thing” under the seat. We have no idea as to what it is. Pic included.

Hi everyone! I'm considering to buy this used Mitsubishi MT25 as my first tractor. It has 1600 hours, engine sounds good, and I think I can lower the price to 6.5k euro. It was imported from Netherlands. I wonder how difficult is to find parts in Eastern Europe. Do you think it worth it or should I go with something newer and a bit more expensive?
