User observed early rust appearing on loader and frame of a new Kioti NS6010 HST Cab Over unit. Concerns about paint quality and long-term corrosion resistance.
I noticed on my new Kioti NS6010 that the loader sits higher on the right side when viewed from the front. One side touches the ground before the other noticeably lowing the loader, and you can clearly see the misalignment when the loader arms pass in front of the grill guard. I confirmed the issue on level pavement, and in the second photo you can see the gap with a level for reference. This wasn’t something I ever experienced with my previous Yanmar 3110D, so it stood out right away. Is this kind of uneven loader alignment something that’s common with newer models or different brands? Could this be a simple adjustment on the frame mounts or something more concerning?
Hello - Getting a Kioti NS6010 done (ordering this week). The last thing to figure out is if I go for the Kioti backhoe or buy one of those cheap Chinese mini excavators. I’m hearing thoughts on both sides. Some say the backhoe because you have a dealer network to back it (and parts) up. But others say that they are inconvenient and I’ll be in and out of the tractor non stop. The 1 ton Chinese excavators are cheap, but I also read are poorly constructed too. I’m not a mechanic, so I’d be hard pressed to get into an engine and do work. The jobs we’d be doing is digging holes for trees we will be planting, cutting in a French drain, burying downspouts and landscaping projects. Interested in thoughts.
