Kioti CS2220

Around 15-20k rpm I get this off random noise coming from the engine, wondering is anyone has any thoughts? It’s only got about 14 hours on it and hasn’t been abused

I appreciate any thoughts and help. Looking to get my first sub-compact tractor. I think I've settled onto the Kioti CS2220. I have a few dealerships around me so servicing shouldn't be a problem. I see that they make revisions at times and I'm wondering if anything has changed between model years 2022 and 2023?... or perhaps if anything major is changing in later 2024 models? The reason I ask this is one dealership near me has a 2022 model that's setup for exactly what I'm looking for and it's on hand, but I also prefer to get current model year things when I buy new. Also, since I've never followed the industry closely. Is this a good time to buy with the incentives I'm seeing or are these pretty standard and is there a better time of year to purchase to get the best deals/savings? I'm not in a hurry to buy, but don't want to miss out on good savings if these are unusually good deals either. Thank you all for any insight.

I am planning on installing new ports for a future top/tilt and front grapple. I have a Kioti CS2220 It looks like they epoxy coated over the entire valve for the loader. So please tell me if it is a bad idea to run from the hydraulic pump to the new valves and than to the existing valve than return to tank.
