Grapple/ FEL Hydraulic Fitting Help

I’m new to knowing what the names of these hydraulic fittings are, so running into trouble connecting my new grapple to my tractor. Currently have a Kioti CK3520SE with the 4030C Front End Loader. Just purchased a 48” grapple from SkidSteer Attachment Depot, and I’m having a couple problems. First- short of cutting off the plastic cap on the FEL, I’ve got no idea how to remove it. Second- it looks like I need new fittings for the grapple, because the male end from the grapple will not fit into the female fitting on the FEL. I don’t know what I need to buy. Existing fittings don’t have any numbers on them that I saw. Appreciate the help-
