Tractor engine stalls when attempting to activate the PTO/mower on an X300 that had been idle. Issue occurred after battery replacement.

Engine produces only clicking noise when key is turned and will not start normally. However, engine fires up immediately when starter solenoid is jumped with a screwdriver. Issue persists after replacing starter solenoid, ignition switch, and fuses, and after testing with multiple fully charged batteries.

Seat develops cracks and requires warranty replacement. This indicates a material durability or manufacturing quality issue with the seat.

I contacted a local dealer through John Deere dealer finder. I spoke to a sales person about which vehicle and attachment to purchase to fit my needs. It was understood I’m a first time buyer.
