Known Issues
I've been working on a John Deere 1445 for a little while now, because: -The Yanmar 3TNV82A engine needed to be rebuilt -The front axle shaft seal was leaking, and needed to be resealed -The rear axle shaft pivot shaft seal was leaking, and needed to be resealed Now with all those repairs out of the way, I came across some cosmetic damage on the front fender pan and on the the cab top cover. I've never tackled a large plastic repair like this before but thought I'd give it a shot... In this video, I go through the whole process of how I did it, and maybe someone can benefit from it, in case you also have some plastic or fiberglass repairs to do on your John Deere tractors. I hope this helps. Regards Andreas [YouTube - Workshop Rebuild](https://youtu.be/HqTFm9sk9Us?si=ZxKGyfnpJ24ngcuv)
After removing the Yanmar 3TNV82A from a John Deere 1445 tractor, it‘s time to figure out what went wrong with it. I’ve already rebuilt a Yanmar engine (3TN75RJ) in the past that was very similar, but the issues on this one are different. It’s really weird, because the tractor only has 1000hours on the clock and the engine already has to be rebuilt... [YouTube](https://youtu.be/kZ7cJdAx-lg)
A couple days ago I picked up a John Deere 1445 with some issues. With many spare parts around the machine, it looked like someone was already working on this machine before me. The parts I found were mostly internal engine components, but the engine was still in one piece. So I decided to remove this engine to see what’s inside and I found some interesting things that the previous mechanics did! Hopefully, I can fix this John Deere 1445 and have it up and running in a short period of time🤞🏽😅 [YouTube](https://youtu.be/hq3wT4kUqMg)
