What does this light mean?

Case IH 5130, the light comes up when the tractor reaches 1600 Rpms. Tried to google it, but I didn’t find a lot, best guesses are hydraulics/hydraulic filter, but I need to be more certain. Tractor wasn’t used for 3-4 years and it had a transmission repair right before abandoning it

Hi all! This is my first post on this sub and I am really looking forward to the huge amount of knowledge on reddit! People helped me on other subreddits and so I thought I'll give it a shot with me current problem I encountered with my international harvester Maxxum 5130: Since last summer the brake pressure started to decrease slowly and is now on a level where when you push the brake coupler only a faint blow emerges. My father insisted that the brake compressor is dead. But I keep on thinking that if the compressor would be broken than why should there be rest of the pressure? We changed all couplers due to old age and all of them remain shut / no pressure emerges. Is anyone familiar with the model or this problem? Or do you have an idea how to locate the problem? I would be really grateful for any advice! Greets!
